Who we are:
We are Tommaso and Deana. After years of experience in the restaurant business in Italy and a professional career in the United States, we chose to return to the heart of Chianti to realize a dream: to revive a place rich in history, Il Cellario.
Today we live here with our daughter and our two dogs, welcoming each guest with the same passion that has accompanied us on this journey. From the aroma of our cappuccinos in the morning, to the schiacciate prepared for lunch, to a glass of wine or an aperitif at sunset, we want to offer you an authentic place where you always feel welcome.
